What we collect
- Your email address. We need it to send you the article and to find your remaining credits when you come back.
- The video links you submit. Needed to produce the article.
- Payment records. Stripe handles your card. We never see or store your card number. We store the Stripe customer identifier and your credit balance.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data.
Why we are allowed to use it
- Performance of a contract. Your email address, the video link and the credit balance are needed to deliver what you bought.
- Legal obligation. Tax and accounting law requires us to keep payment records.
- Legitimate interests. Keeping the service working, and preventing abuse.
Who processes it for us
- Stripe — payments, customer records and the credit balance.
- Resend — sending the email that carries your article.
- Vercel — hosting this website.
- Anthropic — the language model that writes the article. Your email address is passed to the system that runs the job so it can address the delivery.
- Slack — our internal operations alerts, which include your email address so we can act when a job fails.
Some of these providers are outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
- Credit balance and email address: until you ask us to delete them.
- Generated articles: we do not keep a copy once the email is sent.
- Payment and invoice records: as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to processing, or ask for it in a portable form. Email privacy@articlize.ai and we reply within one month. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Deleting your data removes your credit balance. We cannot restore credits after deletion.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout pages, which are governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.
Children
The service is not intended for children under 16.
